1. Selection of a proper college which is enlisted in World Health organizations recognized list country wise.
2. The selected college must be recognized and facilitated with its national government.
3. The selected college must be enrolled in Indian Ambassies list and must en signed with the Indian Ambassador with stamped on his certificates
